Questions about backing

Is backing a donation?
No. DocuGrip is built by a company, and backing is a membership: you get everything in Pro and a Backer badge, and your payment funds the work on DocuGrip. It is not a tax-deductible donation.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account. You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for, and we remind you before a yearly renewal.
I already have Pro. Can I become a Backer?
Yes. Backer includes everything in Pro, so once your Backer membership starts, cancel your Pro subscription from your account. Or keep Pro and back once.
What does backing once include?
The supporter pack: 30 days of everything in Pro, paid once. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.
Where can I see what my backing built?
In our release notes — every new tool and improvement is listed there as it ships.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; tax is added at checkout where it applies.
