How to do it

  1. 1

    Add your file

Add the PDF whose pages are in the wrong order. Every page appears as a thumbnail, so you are moving pictures around rather than juggling page numbers in your head.

  2. 2

Set it up the way you want

Drag pages into the order you want. You can see the whole document at once, which matters when the fix is "page 14 belongs after page 3" — that is a hard sentence to write as a range and an easy thing to see.

  3. 3

    Download the result

A new PDF comes out in your arrangement, with every page copied across untouched. Your original file stays exactly as it was on disk; reordering only ever produces a new document.

Questions about Organize PDF

Can I delete pages here too?
This tool is for order. To drop pages, use Remove Pages, which is built for exactly that and lets you type ranges. Keeping the two separate means neither screen is cluttered with the other job.
Does reordering change how the pages look?
No. Pages are copied as-is into their new positions — same text, same images, same size. Nothing is re-rendered, so the result is visually identical to the original, just in a different sequence.
What happens to a document with mixed page sizes?
Each page keeps its own size wherever it lands. An A3 foldout stays A3 after you move it, so mixed documents survive reordering intact rather than being flattened to one format.
