How to do it

  1. 1

    Add your file

Add two or more PDFs. There is no cap on how many or how large — the practical limit is your device's available memory.

  2. 2

Set it up the way you want

Put them in the order you actually want. Use the arrows next to each file to move one up or down; the list you see is exactly the order the pages will end up in. Nothing is sorted alphabetically behind your back.

  3. 3

    Download the result

One PDF comes out, with every page at its original size. A4 and Letter pages stay their own size rather than being forced onto a single page format — mixing a scanned Letter contract with an A4 report works exactly as you would expect.

Questions about Merge PDF

How many PDFs can I merge at once?
As many as your available memory allows. There is no file size cap on any plan.
Do the pages keep their original size?
Yes. Each page is copied at its own dimensions, so an A4 page stays A4 and a Letter page stays Letter inside the same file. If you want them all the same size afterwards, run Resize PDF on the result.
Can I merge password-protected files?
Not directly — an encrypted PDF cannot be read until it is unlocked. Run Unlock PDF first with the password you already know, then merge. DocuGrip cannot and does not try to break passwords you do not have.
