Google Drive: Open with DocuGrip

DocuGrip is listed on the Google Workspace Marketplace. After installing it, right-click a PDF in Google Drive and choose Open with → DocuGrip. The file opens on DocuGrip, where you choose what to do with it: merge, compress, convert, sign or edit.

The result comes back to you as a download, and the result screen has a Save to Google Drive button that puts it back in Drive. Nothing is written to your Drive unless you press it, and DocuGrip only gets access to the files you open or save with it.

Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive on every tool

Every tool page can take a file from Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive and save the finished file back to Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox. Your browser talks to the provider directly, and you see which account and folder a file goes to before it is sent — nothing passes through us.

What is being built next

A browser extension is written and works today with Load unpacked; it is not in the Chrome Web Store yet.

Installing DocuGrip as an app already works — the manifest and icons are live, so your browser can add it to your home screen with no store involved.

An API is planned but not started. When it exists it will be documented here.

Tell us what you need

If a specific integration would change how you work, say which one and what you would do with it. That is more useful to us than a long roadmap written from guesses.
