If a tool failed on your file, tell us which tool, which browser, and what happened. You do not need to send us the file — in most cases we can reproduce the problem from a description, and we would rather you did not send us documents you do not have to.

Requests to access, export or delete data go here. So do questions about how a particular tool handles your file. We answer these within 30 days, which is the limit the law gives us, and usually much sooner.

If you have found a vulnerability, write here first and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing. We will not take legal action against good-faith research.
