How to do it
Add your file
Add the PDF you need to sign. It can be a contract someone sent you, a form you filled in here first, or anything else — there is no file size cap.
Set it up the way you want
Draw your signature with a mouse, a finger or a stylus, or type your name and pick a style. Then drag it onto the page and size it. The Date and Name or text tabs add today’s date or your printed name beside it in the same pass. What you place is exactly what gets written into the file.
Download the result
Download the signed PDF and send it back. Your original is untouched — the signature is written into a copy.

Questions about Sign PDF
- Is a signature made here legally valid?
- In many places an electronic signature is valid for ordinary agreements, and this produces one. But be clear about what it is: a signature placed on a document. It is not a certified signing service with identity verification and a tamper-evident audit trail, so if your signature might be formally challenged, use a service built for that.
- Can someone remove my signature afterwards?
- It is drawn into the page content rather than added as a removable annotation, so it will not simply peel off. If you want it locked down further, flatten the file afterwards.
- Does my contract get uploaded?
- No. The document is opened, signed and saved without ever being transmitted. There is no copy of your contract on any server here, because it never reached one.
