PDF tools your security team will not object to
118 tools, and every one that takes a file runs inside the browser on the machine that opens it. There is no upload step to review and no retention window to negotiate — the one documented exception is a signature request, which keeps an encrypted copy until it is finished.
Your files are not processed in any region
Competitors sell this as a pricing tier — one charges for seven processing regions on its mid plan and eleven on its business plan. The question only exists because the file travels to a server. Here it does not travel at all: the document is read, changed and written without ever being transmitted, so there is no region to choose and nothing to negotiate.
You can verify this rather than take our word for it. Open any tool with the browser's network panel recording; no request carries your file. Each tool also reports what it measured after it runs.
What we do and do not offer
Buying software is slow mostly because it takes three meetings to learn what a product does not do. Here is that list up front.
What you get
- No data residency questionFiles opened with the tools are processed on the device and stored nowhere, so they have no location. Signature requests are the exception: their encrypted documents are held by our storage provider until the request is finished.
- A daily allowance, lifted on any paid planAnyone can start right away — three runs a day, twelve once signed in. A paid plan removes the cap, and there is no separate limit on file size.
- No account requiredNobody has to be provisioned to use the tools. Accounts only come in for a paid plan, a team seat or a signature request.
- Works offlineOnce the page has loaded, most tools keep working without a connection — useful on locked-down or air-gapped machines.
- Reviewable stackA full component and licence inventory is available for your review on request.
- Accessibility checkingCheck documents against the machine-checkable parts of PDF/UA — relevant since the European Accessibility Act took effect.
What we do not offer
- Single sign-onYou sign in with an email link or a supported account provider. Single sign-on through your own identity provider (SAML or OIDC) is not offered.
- An admin console with policies and audit logsTeam plans cover seats, invites and roles. Organisation-wide policies, automated provisioning and audit logs are not built.
- Audit trailWe cannot log what your staff did with the tools, because that work never reaches us. That is the trade the design makes. Signature requests are the exception and keep their own activity record.
- Certified signatures and reading analyticsSignature requests route a PDF to several people in order, with reminders and an activity record of who opened and signed. What is not provided: identity checks beyond the personal link sent to each email address, qualified or certified signatures, bulk sending, and analytics on how a document was read.
Talk to us
Tell us the volume, the file types and the constraint you are working against. If we are not the right fit we will say so in the first reply rather than the third meeting.
Email salesWe answer in English and Turkish. There is no sales sequence and no demo booking form — you write, a person answers.
