Plans for teams and organisations
Team seats with volume pricing, annual billing and a single invoice. Most teams are set up the same day.
Ready-made solutions
Workflow setup, template and form packs, and accessibility fixes for document batches — a fixed price, quoted in writing before we start.
Custom development and consulting
For work that does not exist yet: a short paid discovery, then a fixed-scope quote. We take on one or two projects a month so that each gets proper attention.
Requests that help everyone
If what you ask for would be useful to many people, we may build it into DocuGrip for everyone — and then you do not pay for it as custom work.
What we promise
The complaints people make most about PDF sites are about money and files. Here is how each one works on DocuGrip.
No trial that turns into a charge
We never ask for a card to try something. Nothing is billed unless you choose a plan and pay for it.
Passes end on their own
Day and week passes do not renew. There is nothing to remember to cancel.
A reminder before renewals
Yearly plans get an email 30 days before they renew, and monthly plans a yearly reminder. You can cancel from your account at any time — no phone call, no form.
No paywall after the work is done
If a run is within your allowance, the result is yours. We never process a file and then ask you to pay to download it.
No watermark, no size tier
Nothing is stamped on your documents on any plan, and there is no separate limit on file size.
Your files stay yours
Tools that take a file never send it to us. Signature requests are the one exception: they keep an encrypted copy until the request is finished.
People, not a maze
Support, refunds and sales are answered by a person. If a tool fails on your file and we cannot fix it, the money goes back.
Your data is not for sale
No advertising, no tracking cookies, and no personal data sold or shared for advertising.
Questions organisations ask first
- Can you answer our security questionnaire?
- Yes. Send it with your message; we answer in writing. Our security page and the enterprise page list what we offer and what we do not.
- Can we pay by invoice?
- Card payment works for every plan today. For annual contracts, invoicing is arranged as part of the quote.
- Which countries do you work with?
- Customers everywhere, except where sanctions forbid it.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- For custom work, yes — mention it in your message.
