Answers

Frequently asked questions

Direct answers, including the limits.

Nowhere, when you use the tools: they never transmit your documents, so no copy exists on our side. You can verify it — load the page, disconnect from the network, and the tool still runs. The one exception is a document you choose to send to other people for signature: it is stored encrypted until the request is finished.

Two runs a day without an account, and three a day once you sign in — counted for the whole day, so runs used before signing in count too. Every tool is included — nothing is held back behind the paywall.

Not to start — the daily trial works with no account at all. Signing in raises the daily allowance and keeps your settings. We ask for an email address and nothing else.

No — there is no file size cap on any plan. Because nothing is transmitted, the practical limit is your own device's memory: a 500-page scan is heavier on a phone than on a workstation.

Never — no watermark, no "made with" line, nothing added to your document on any plan, including the free tier.

It does. There is no app to install and nothing to set up. Very large files may be tighter on memory than on a laptop, and the tool says so rather than failing silently.

PDFs, images (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, TIFF and more), Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, OpenDocument, plain text, Markdown, CSV and more. You get back a PDF, an image, an Office document, or a ZIP when a job produces several files.
