How to do it
Fill in the details
There is no file to add. Choose a title, write the statement, and add the organization, the person signing and their title, the date and a reference number if you use one.
Set it up the way you want
Put one name per line under Recipient names — up to 500. Choose one PDF with a page for each person, or a separate file for each name.
Download the result
Pick a color theme — navy, blue or burgundy — add your logo, and download. The page is landscape, on US Letter or A4 depending on your region.
Questions about Create a certificate
- Is the certificate official or accredited?
- No. It says exactly what you write and nothing more. The template never adds words such as accredited or official, because a document can’t vouch for anything on its own.
- How many certificates can I make at once?
- Up to 500 names in one go. Empty and repeated lines are dropped and the order you typed is kept.
