Add a saved .html file — an exported page, a newsletter, documentation or a report generated by another program.

Choose the paper size. The page is laid out with its own fonts, sizes, colors, lists, tables and embedded images, as selectable text.

Download the PDF. Page layout such as columns and side-by-side boxes flows into one column, and the tool tells you whenever something was left out.
Questions about HTML to PDF
- Is this the same as printing a web page to PDF?
- Close to it. Fonts, sizes, colors, backgrounds, borders, lists, tables and embedded images come through, as real text rather than a picture of the screen. Layout that places boxes side by side (columns, flex, grid) flows into a single column, and images linked from the web are not fetched.
- Can I convert a web page by its address?
- Not with this tool — it converts HTML files you already have. Save the page as HTML from the browser's File menu first, then add that file here.
- Will the text be searchable?
- Yes. Everything comes through as real text, so the PDF can be searched, copied, indexed and read by screen readers, unlike a screenshot saved as a PDF.
