How to do it

Add a photo taken against a plain light wall, with space above the head and down to the shoulders.
Set it up the way you want
Choose the size, then click the top of the head and the bottom of the chin. The head is sized to the middle of the allowed range and the frame appears on the photo.

Questions about Passport photo
- Is the background changed?
- No. The photo is only cropped and resized. Passport offices reject photos that have been edited, and removing or replacing a background counts as editing — so take the photo against a plain light wall.
- How do I print it at the right size?
- Print the PDF at 100% or ‘Actual size’, with scaling turned off. Each photo on the sheet is exactly the official size, and corner marks show where to cut.
- My country is not in the list.
- Choose ‘Another country’ and enter the width, height and head size your passport office or embassy publishes. The list only has sizes we could check at the official source.
