Questions about Multiple pages per sheet
- Will the text still be readable?
- At two per sheet, almost always. At four, it depends on the original type size — slides and diagrams survive well, dense body text at ten point becomes hard work. Print one sheet before committing to the whole document.
- Does this change the document itself?
- It creates a new file laid out for printing. Keep the original for reading on screen; this version exists to save paper, not to replace the document.
- Can I use it for slide handouts?
- That is one of the best uses for it. Export your slides as PDF, put four or six on a sheet, and you have handouts without needing the presentation software that made them.
