- Which image formats can I use?
- JPEG and PNG. PNG is the one you want for a logo or a signature because it keeps transparency, so the background of the picture does not cover the page. A JPEG signature arrives as a white box with writing in it.
- Is this how I sign a document?
- It is one way, and it is what most people mean by signing. It places a picture of your signature; it does not create a cryptographic signature that proves who signed and that nothing changed afterwards. If someone asked for a digital signature, use Sign PDF instead.
- Can I put the same image on every page?
