Workflows
Run several tools in one go. The output of each step feeds the next, and the whole chain runs in this tab — nothing is uploaded.
Build a workflow
Pick tools in the order you want them to run. Each step starts with that tool’s settings — including any you remembered on its page — and Settings on the step changes them for this workflow only.
Start from a common chain
Pick one to fill the builder, then add, remove or reorder steps before you run it.
Chains people build most
Ready to send: make the file small enough to email, then number the pages so everyone can refer to them.
- Compress PDF
- Add Page Numbers
Ready to archive: lock the form answers into the page, strip the hidden document properties, then shrink the file.
- Flatten PDF
- Remove PDF metadata
- Compress PDF
Ready to share: stamp a watermark on every page, then set a password that is needed to open it.
- Watermark PDF
- Protect PDF
How a workflow runs
Pick the tools in the order you want. Each step only offers tools that can take the previous step’s result, so a chain you build is a chain that runs.
Add your file once. The result of each step feeds the next, and every step runs with its own settings — the watermark text, the page numbers, the size to compress to.
Download the final file, or give the chain a name and save it to run again next time.
The chain never leaves this tab
This is where other services keep your file the longest — a multi-step job means a file sitting on their servers through every step. Here each step hands its output straight to the next one in memory. Nothing is uploaded, at any point.
