How to download a copy of your data
Your account page can export everything we hold about you as a single file, immediately. It covers the access and portability rights in privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA without a request form.

Download your data
The file downloads straight away and is named with the date, so repeated exports do not overwrite each other.
- Sign in and open your account page.
- Go to Security.
- Choose the option to download your data.
What the file contains
The export is a JSON file, readable in any text editor, with one section per kind of record.
- Your account identifier and email address.
- Subscription, payment customer and credit records.
- Daily usage counters.
- Teams you own or belong to.
- Your email preference, if you turned trial emails off.
Documents are not in the export because they are never transmitted to us. The file says so explicitly rather than leaving the section empty.
