The sign-in link did not arrive
DocuGrip signs you in with a one-time link sent to your email address instead of a password. The email usually arrives within a minute. If it has not, one of the checks below almost always finds it.

Check these first
Work through the list in order; most missing links are found in the first two steps.
- Look in spam, junk, promotions and any “other” inbox tab. Mark the message as not spam so the next one lands in your inbox.
- Search your mailbox for the sender noreply@send.docugrip.com.
- Check the address you typed for a small mistake. The link is sent only to exactly the address entered.
- Wait a minute or two. Some company mail systems hold new senders briefly before delivering.
If the link says it has expired
Each link works once and expires shortly after it is sent, which is what makes it safe without a password. Request a new link and open the most recent email.
Open the link in the same browser where you want to be signed in. Opening it inside an email app’s built-in viewer can sign in that viewer instead.
Sign in another way
If email keeps failing, use one of the provider buttons on the sign-in form, such as Google, Apple, Microsoft or GitHub. Use a provider account with the same email address to keep everything in one account.
Every tool still works without signing in, on the daily trial allowance. Signing in raises that allowance and keeps your plan and settings together.
