A signer did not receive the signing email
Most missing invitations come down to one of four things: it is not that person’s turn yet, the email was filtered, the address was mistyped, or the invitation was simply buried. Here is how to work through them.

Check whose turn it is
People sign in the order you listed them, and each signer receives their link only when the previous person has signed. Open the request from your management link or your account’s requests page: the signer list shows who has been invited, who has opened the document and who has signed.
Ask them to look beyond the inbox
Invitations come from DocuGrip and name you as the sender in the subject line.
- Spam and junk folders.
- Promotions, updates or other tabs that some email services sort messages into.
- Company quarantine, if the signer uses a work address with strict filtering.
Send a reminder
From the management view you can send a reminder to the person whose turn it is, once a day. A reminder contains a fresh link, and earlier links keep working, so the signer can use whichever email they find first.
If the email address was wrong
Signers cannot be changed after a request is sent. Cancel the request, which closes its links and deletes the document, and send a new request with the correct address.
