4. Image Rights
The Photographer owns the copyright in the images. The Client receives a personal license to print, share and display them for non-commercial purposes. The Photographer may use a selection of the images for their portfolio and promotion unless the Client objects in writing.
5. Cancellation and Changes
If the Client cancels, the deposit is kept and any further payments are refunded. If the Photographer cannot attend because of illness or an emergency, the Photographer will try to arrange a comparable replacement; if that is not possible, all payments, including the deposit, are refunded, and this is the Photographer’s full liability.
6. General
