How to cancel or change your subscription

You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not cut your access short, and it can be undone until the current period ends.

Cancel your subscription

Everything to do with payment is handled in the Stripe billing portal, opened from your account.

  1. Sign in and open your account page.
  2. Go to Plans and open the billing portal.
  3. Choose the option to cancel and confirm.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; the billing portal shows the date it ends.

Changed your mind?

Until the period ends, a cancelled subscription can be resumed from your account page or the billing portal, and nothing is charged until the next renewal date.

Switching plans instead of cancelling

To move between monthly and yearly, choose the plan you want on the pricing page. Your existing subscription is changed and the difference is prorated, so you are not charged for two plans at once.

Updating your card or invoice details

The billing portal also lists every invoice, lets you replace the card on file, and stores your company name, tax number and billing address so they appear on future invoices.

Frequently asked questions

Cancelling stops the next charge but does not refund the period you are already in, and your access continues until that period ends. See the refunds article for when a refund does apply.

Cancel the renewing subscription first. After that, the account can be deleted from the account page straight away.
