Refunds: when you get your money back

You can run every tool before paying anything, so refunds come up less often here than elsewhere. When something does go wrong, one email usually settles it the same day.

When we refund without argument

Write to support@docugrip.com from the address you paid with.

  • A tool failed on your file, you told us, and we could not make it work.
  • You were charged twice, or charged after cancelling. Send the receipt and the charge goes back.

When we do not

A day or week pass that has been used has been delivered; the work run with it cannot be handed back. Cancelling a monthly or yearly plan stops the next charge but does not refund the current period, and your access continues until it ends.

If you live in the EU or the UK

Distance selling rules give consumers fourteen days to withdraw from most online purchases, with an exception for digital services that begin immediately. Stripe, as seller of record, applies the consumer protection rules of the place you live, including cooling-off periods where they are required. Your receipt shows how to reach them.

Before you call your bank

A chargeback takes weeks and costs a fee whichever way it is decided. If a charge looks wrong, email support@docugrip.com first; we would rather settle it directly than through two banks.

Frequently asked questions

Once approved, the refund is sent back to the original payment method straight away. Banks usually show it within five to ten business days.

DocuGrip purchases appear as LINK.COM* DOCUGRIP on bank statements, with receipts sent from Link. If you still do not recognise it, write to support@docugrip.com with the date and amount.

Still stuck?
