How the daily trial allowance works
Every tool on DocuGrip works on a daily trial allowance, with nothing held back behind a paywall. The allowance decides how many jobs you can run in a day, not which tools you can use or how large your files may be.

How many runs you get
The allowance depends only on whether you are signed in.
- Before signing in: 3 runs a day.
- Signed in: 12 runs a day, and a full Pro trial when you first sign in, with no card and nothing to cancel.
- Any paid plan or pass: the daily cap is removed entirely for as long as it lasts.
What counts as a run
A run is one job: pressing the button that merges, compresses, converts or signs. Adding files, changing options and downloading the result you already have do not count.
A short ad appears after the first job of the day on the trial. Every paid plan and pass removes it.
When it resets
The allowance refills every day. If you reach the limit, the tool tells you so and shows the options for continuing straight away.
Going past the allowance
Pick whichever matches how often you need it.
- A day pass or a week pass for a one-off burst of work. Passes are one-time charges and never renew.
- Pro, monthly or yearly, if you work with PDFs regularly.
- Team, priced per seat, when several people need it.
