Why the charge looks like this
DocuGrip is a product of Simulator Arts LLC, and payments are handled by Stripe as the seller of record. Link is the Stripe service that carries the sale, so its name comes first on the statement, followed by DOCUGRIP.
Find the receipt
Every purchase sends a receipt from Link to the email address used at checkout. Search your mailbox for Link or DocuGrip around the date of the charge. If you have an account, every invoice is also listed in the billing portal opened from your account page.
If the charge is not yours or looks wrong
Email support@docugrip.com before contacting your bank, and include:
- the date and amount of the charge,
- the last four digits of the card, if you have them,
- the email address you think may have been used.
Double charges and charges after cancelling are refunded without argument, usually the same day.
