When paid in full, the Client owns the Site’s design and content created for it. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and stock images remain under their own licenses, which the Designer will list. The Designer keeps its general tools and code and may show the Site in its portfolio unless the Client objects in writing.
7. Accessibility and Legal Pages
The Designer will follow common accessibility practices in the agreed work. The Client is responsible for its privacy policy, terms and any legal requirements specific to its business.
8. Ending Early
Either party may end this contract by written notice. The Client pays for work completed up to that date, and the Designer hands over the work paid for.
