Roommate agreement template
A roommate agreement is between the people who share a home, not with the landlord. It writes down what usually goes unsaid — who pays what, how bills are split, quiet hours, guests — so that there is something to point to when it matters. Fill in the details for two roommates and sign it together.
This template is a general starting point, not legal advice. Laws differ between countries and states, so have it checked before signing anything important.
